for the legal process what I know is it would be good to open an LLC based in Wyoming with a PO box address to protect your Identity. then open another LLC within that Wayoming LLC but it should be based on the state your property is in. this way if you are sued the LLC is legal to do business in that state. you can open these small LLCs for each property your buy so if you ever get sued you will never lose all of your properties.....

In terms of enforcement if several potential tenants apply some being Hispanic, African American, Asian or Transgender/Gay and they all have identical perfect credit or near-perfect credit because they are all working for the fair housing board and not real tenants and the landlord picks the white applicant who was not first to apply that would show clear discrimination under this law and the landlord would face sanctions.
