Hi everyone,
I am in the process of closing on my first house hack in NJ. I currently have two quotes but they both vary greatly from each other and are higher than I anticipated. I was wondering if anyone has a recommendation for a great insurance agent in Jersey??

I've been using my insurance agent Dan for about 2 years with great experiences so far. He got me two 2 family policies and a landlord policy. Here's their company. Tell him I sent you. I get no compensation or anything.
So - why are you looking for a "good" agent"? What is wrong with the quotes? Do they quote the same thing? Is the coverage identical in both, including square foot replacement costs? What is the basis for your anticipate pricing? The question is very broad with limited facts.
@Mark F. Thank you so much for the recommendation!! I reached out and he ended up getting me GREAT quotes! Just what I wanted for LESS than what I originally budgeted for! Thanks so much again! He's been great so far.
