The only thing I’m hesitant with is their monthly income being 2.7x the monthly rent (plus 5-10% annual bonus which brings it closer) been following the 3x the monthly income qualification.

There's been several times that I've stepped in it, or my daughter (17 months), who plays in the yard, has almost picked it up before we stopped her.There's nothing in the least about cleaning up the poop.

Believe it or not you are building a mini community where you want everyone to play nice.

With community opposition you can operate within the confines of the prevailing laws, and so long as you play by those rules they legally cannot shut you down.

If you understand it's largely an experienced play and won't go anywhere, there's certainly nothing wrong with giving it a shot. 

In our market, the housing authority doesn't play around.

And if she is playing the fair housing laws for that , when it comes time to renew the lease ................... dont .
