Hello BiggerPockets community! I'm Brian from Loves Park, Illinois, passionate about real estate investing for a few years (its waxed and waned) because of family and work commitments. I've invested in a few passive syndications over the past 2 years but now I want to learn what I can about single family, duplex, etc. 

Outside of real estate, I enjoy spending time with my family (wife of 10 years, 8 year old daughter, 4 year old son, and Bernedoodle), strength training, and playing guitar.

Excited to learn and connect with you all!
