I was more concerned if there was any restrictions on Air Bnbs near schools or parks ?

Sometimes it is a wash to install vents and a forced air furnace and that is much easier for a tenant and contractors to deal with generally speaking.  

If Forum viewers don't enjoy themselves, wading through why does hot air go up and cold go down, and go away, they are your Content providers.

Because to only list AIR stats is misleading...one of my properties only has AIR supplying half the listings.....I just researched the actual listings on AIR and VRBO and went with that.

In the SW, the 'typical' HVAC system is a gas Forced Air Unit for heat with an electric condenser for cooling.

I keep space heaters, window air conditioners, and some fans ready along with an extra water heater.

Debating on a buy & build or finding something already turnkey for an air bnb.
