Should it be of any use, here’s the process I leaned through trial and error to set up a strong financial foundation and keep it that way, that has help me immensely to achieve my goals.

Find 3-4 that may work for you and that allow a free trial period of 14 - 30 days.

I would recommend trying out free trials on 2-3 and seeing which is the best fit for your criteria.

Another thing to keep in mind is that it can cost (and usually does) AT LEAST 100k to take a GC to trial. 99% of cases are settled out of court for this reason.

Most sponsors simply deliver the financial performance data (P&L, balance sheet, trial balance, fixed asset data, distributions and investor position data) to their outside accounting firm.
