Hello! I've recently hired a VA for $2.5 an hour to help with bookings and guests management, and my crew coordination. Curious to find out if anyone else has done the same thing, and what are you experiences. So far I'm like 50/50 (happy / dissatisfied) - I haven't seen a lot of value add to my bookings or overall performance. What are you doing to maximazie your VA performance?

I have used VA's for lead generation so not the same exact thing; but was similar pay and they were also from the Philippines.. the only way to ever maximize their performance for me was to be a good manager, provide lots of instructions. Providing written scripts or sequences, like, if this happens do this, if they say this say this back, etc, is what worked for me. i guess what I'm saying is VA's work with oversight, instruction, etc. After awhile more things can be seamless and automatic.
