And of course, "direct ownership" of real estate is never a totally effortless ride.

My office is in the Bronx, Hunts point area and i can tell you there is a lot of buzz going in the area. the developers are spilling into the Bronx sections with a 15 to 20 minute train ride into the city. 

Keep striving, enjoy the ride, and always keep the end goal in mind.

In few years there will be high speed passenger trains so the train ride will be reduced to 30 minutes and I suspect this will affect prices both in Oslo and in the commuter town(s).Would love to hear what pros and cons you see when assessing commuter town investments.

Maybe get them a hotel room for a day or two and an Uber ride there as an option.

how stable are your current tenants.. its it live well sleep well no issues.I do think we are at about the end of this bull run for appreciation..but its been a nice ride last 5 years.. however we are just at 07 highs so maybe they move up again who knows.
