They might be able to give you a rough idea on more specific stuff over the phone like flooring or windows, etc. if you give them the exact sizes but for the most part they have to physically go and see the place.

Vegas is driven by CROWDS, and people will not be jumping back to big crowded environments so quickly and I can't picture people at nightclubs and pool parties flirting with masks on LOL Gambling is driven by excess capital, it's hard to say how that will be effected here but with many locals out of work the casinos will be reliant on tourism which I think is going to be a while recovering.

I'm physically not built for it (especially all the sheets of 5/8 going on the current project to meet multi family fire codes), and I can struggle through the mud work and end up with a decent product but only after splattering it all over the floor and redoing mistakes way more times than I should have to.

And I absolutely know they can't physically move (they can barely get up to answer the door) so I even offered to come over today and help them sort through stuff and pack and they declined.
