Non citizen looking to start investing?

Lara Jansen
Posted

I am currently located in South Africa where I have a few rental property investments. I am however looking to expand internationally with USA as my main focus. I want to open an American bank account so that I can start building some sort of track record in the United States. However I need a physical address in order for me to do so. As I do not have one in the USA they are denying my requests but I know this is possible, I just don’t know how yet. Is there anyone on here who can perhaps just advice, or have found a way around this? Or know of another way a non citizen to buy real estate in USA?
