I know a lot of people CLAIM that title but I look around at the congress and see people who voted for TWO UNFUNDED WARS, for an UNFUNDED MEDICARE EXPANSION/BIG PHARMA SUBSIDY, for two UNFUNDED TAX CUTS.At the local level I see pols who claim the title but then vote for giveaways for SPORTS STADIUMS, privatizing government functions (trash collection, parking meters, road building) and then allow the monopolies that buy those functions UNLIMITED AUTHORITY TO RAISE RATES.If you know of ONE give me their name.Frank

The part that puzzles me is, do I enter a sale agreement then seek financing or do I try to get pre-approval prior to entering an AOS.

His communication level is awful, and he's more trouble than he's worth.Also, become rather friendly with the bank.  

Look for one with a 12 mil or better wear layer and a scratch resistant finish like AO or ceramic bead.
