How to go about finding an agent that is legit?

Do they follow thru with funding like they say they do or does that cost as well...I don't mind spending money to make money but as long as it's legit!

so your instinct was correct total BS answer that they don't give those out.Now to be fair many lenders move into markets ( that are legit lenders) but do not realize they need to be licensed in that state and they will do deals until they are told not to..

Then I saw a review claiming the positive reviews were all smoke and mirrors and that they basically make people go around placing "We buy ugly houses" signs everywhere and it's not very legit Does anybody have any experience with this company?

Big banks like that tend to change their parameters often anyways, so I may be on a totally different platform compared to whats being offered now.
