How to find a good, long term realtor agent for investors

Have a real problem with real estate agents, buyers brokers, etc.  I know real estate is a revered profession, but I've gone through 6 agents and the last one filed the wrong paperwork and I lost out a great deal.  How to go about finding an agent that is legit?

hi @Alex Ballas

just like any industry, it takes time to filter the good and bad contacts. Referrals from other investors are probably the best.

However, the really successful ones may not time for newer investors. The newer ones are hungry but inexperienced.

When you deal with someone new, (depending on your style), micro-manage the process and follow up/follow up/follow up.  Discuss your expectations and vice versa.
