Im a very busy individual but I find it logical and necessary to make time to see something I have hundreds of thousands of dollars in.

Most areas of the metro you can rent to an individual for $800+ month / room and even more than that if you're renting a room and private bathroom. 

Is the PM an individual that works for a larger organization or their own independent business (eg like a realtor who works with a group of people at an office)? 

Even as a seller focused or listing broker, providing investors with live mortgage rates, programs and accurate resources has proven essential to maximizing transactional incentive and client conversion throughout the years..Although I've never actually executed dual duties on any single transactions (and don't think most investors want to entrust that responsibility to a individual party - nor would I want it!)
