Sorry the system burped and made multiple posts....Would be nice if the BP software allowed you to DELETE a duplicate post but, alas, it does not....

I haven't posted real estate ads yet, but every time I try to sell my Golden State Warriors tickets or other items my ad gets flagged and deleted.

You can go to the top of the page, click on the tab for Forums, then ALL forums, there are boxes to the right side of each forum, if you want to subscribe to it check the box, if you want to unsubscribe, delete it.

Most people don't know that and I only learned about it when I was wholesaling vacant lots, that had houses torn down 10-15 years before and suddenly the demo lies and old water liens were deleted. 

Do revisions to your post after 15 minutes delete the whole post or add on to it?

I am going to delete the previous post since it contains incorrect information.

Before multiplying the square footage by the equation, make sure to delete y and x from the equation.
