Even recently doing a 1031 exchange and buying one rental is something I never want to spend time on again if I can help it.Just refi'd out of my VA loan in Hawaii, may use a VA loan just one last time before I get out ;)6 month goal is $9K/mo. in passive income.. or $75k/yr.. 5 year goal is Mandarin fluency, 30K passive vocabulary, being able to read novels and Classical Chinese.I love my job now and I love RE, there is just too much else in live to experience.
