I heard from one of my buddies who used to work for Analog Devices that there are new systems that use cell towers instead of wifi so work even if there is a power outage - that would've come in handy for me when the power went out for our whole block and no one realized it until the next morning.

Around the brewery, it does seem sketchy, but if you go up a few blocks inland the area there is copmletely different. 

I'm heart broken right now cause sellers just decided to cancel the house right before the closing, our closing supposed to be on September 8th and I'm really sad depressed right now, agreement were already signed by both buyers and sellers the inspection were already done even the bank said okay to buying the house. when we asked the sellers why they canceled the deal they said because they has to pay IRS 40k and Government blocked the deal and they can't sell itis there anything I can do cause we wasted 3 months of time and $200 for inspection and we'v also did the insurance for the house.

Louis is very block to block so I would recommend working with a realtor that has experience in South City rental real estate, including owning & managing properties of their own.

If they block the sidewalk the police can ask them to relocate.
