With so many investors it has to be hard to choose who your going to interview.I usually listen at work in the morning and have no problem listening to a couple podcast at once with a few interruptions.For me longer would be great, some guest just require more time to cover things.I do love hearing how they each got started in investing, also the books or what they do to keep inspired and educated.Keep them coming!!

I just read about a user reaching his goal of retirement and that is so inspiring!  

Being on steady ground, with housing taken care of, can be a great place to start.I also saw you mentioned a "we" in your post about selling to a developer.
