It's more anti-landlord.

Both have an anti-goverment redderic that is just not useful or constructive; basically unchanged since the 90s, no matter who was president.

Explain it to the seller and if they don't go for it I wouldn't do the deal as there is way too much risk involved.I would also caution that East Nashville has a bunch of "anti-HPR" boards going at the moment.

I feel for you though, one of our tenants is anti-bra,  always a little uncomfortable!  

This is a very anti-BP sentiment but: "You've owned a property for 4 months and that's too short of a window to validate or invalidate your investing thesis". 

I think the overall tone of the forums is pretty anti wholesaling at this point.Anyone else have an opinion on this perceived shift of tone around here?

I don't see anty reason for a LA to lie about most of the questions here with exception to the BPO price and the discount to ask that a lender might take.I think the questions are good and reasonable to ask (well at least most of them) and IF you can form a good relationship with the list agent, you may very well get the BPO price they submitted, I have many times.

Florida does have an anti-Equity skimming statute - be careful if you take ANY property there and not pay the underlying mortgage as it is a felony.  

By the way, I am not anti-Realtor at all.
