Zoning Changes
I have a property zoned RS5 in East Nashville. My partner and I are planning to remodel but I was doing my research and the parcel was originally zoned R6. In fact, most of the neighborhood was changed to RS5 in 2004.
I was curious if any of you are attempting to change a property's zoning based on previous classifications? Is that enough precedent to get a property through the Metro Council and reclassified back to R6?
Also, who is having success with any rezoning strategies?
