No it doesn't matter. 99% of software you're going to use is web based or, even if desktop based, will work on both.

P/C agent here as well.While there isn't a conflict of interest being your own agent on your own policies, I dont do it.

the letter writing started in Oregon about 10 years ago.. with pictures of the family glowing letters etc etc.I* just saw a bulletin come in where the DRE has tried to temper those .. their reasoning is they are not PC.. and could put some buyers at a disadvantage ..

With 14 properties, I highly recommend you set up some accounting software (QuickBooks desktop would be a good choice if you have your properties set up as individual LLCs).
