I've never used QuickBooks, but after investigating, it seemed that I would have to go with the Desktop version (versus the cloud based version). 

Save an image of the main picture on your PC, then use google image search on that photo to see if they have a place to book straight to the owner.

Decided that 401K's is exactly what this situation calls for.We had a year like this in 2011, had to put on a new roof, and we all had to upgrade our PC's, ran us about $10K.

Earlier this year after I had about 4-5 deals under my belt I sent out a 3,000 pc mailer to a specific target, I got 1 call back.
