I am becoming a 3rd party insurance agent. Is it a conflict of interest or is their any legal liabilities involved in insuring your own investments? Thanks!

@Shane Collins I do not invest.

I owned several businesses in my twenties and came to the conclusion I am a people pleaser, not a manager of people.  I feel I would have the same issues with managing tenants.

I would tell you that I feel it's hard to be good at either one if you are trying to to start both at the same time.  That applies to any 2 opportunities.  Maximize 1 opportunity before moving on to the next.
