Absolutely none, strictly as is where is....you'll find in your auction/contract there are no representations made as to condition whatsoever.

It makes absolutely no difference whatsoever, regardless of how far behind they are, it's simply a matter of what the pay off amounts are......assuming that all debts are being paid off by the Seller, out of their sales proceeds, which is standard in a normal purchase.   

Should I just grit my teeth, install a crawl fan, and go ahead with the purchase?

Also the effort of pulling teeth to get people to sign on debt along with you, even though that debt carries very low risk.

To find 2 of them is like finding chickens teeth.

I am planning on doing the work myself -- in the age of youtube, is this feasible for someone like myself without any experience in rehab, whatsoever?
