@Amanda Whiteley If the people in the home are in fact tenants and they pay the property manangememt company after you switch, then what I was told was the tenant still owes you the money and the tenant  will need to report the money as stolen to the police and they will need to try to collect it that way. 

We were faced with our work crew being murdered, vans and tools stolen, our rental being vandalized, could anyone face what we faced and  survive?

In any case I would think a dishwasher would increase rent enough to justify the purchase.. unless it's in a class where the dishwasher would be stolen/removed by a tenant or section 8.   

That means one of two things, either the supplier royally screwed up and his contractor said nothing or the tiles he ordered were stolen from him. 

IE condenser stolen.. hot water heater gone.. kids break in etc etc..

On apartment in particular has had 2 tenants evicted; lots of damage both times; stolen gas heater; vandalism, bricks thrown through the window twice; and an attempted lawsuit.

Meanwhile they won't hardly lift a finger if something is stolen from your property.It is also patently ridiculous that Realtor and politician signs are exempted.

Several times, I have found good deals, and then have had them stolen by an agent.
