Renting Yardspace for Bandit Signs

I'm thinking that it may make more sense to privately place bandit signs in people's yards (for say $30 per month) than to place them in public areas where they get taken down constantly. Has anyone done this with success?

It wouldn't work in Williamson County. They are the most crazy sign policers in the country. They actually have a person with a truck that has this as their full time "profession" of enforcing these ordinances. Meanwhile they won't hardly lift a finger if something is stolen from your property.

It is also patently ridiculous that Realtor and politician signs are exempted. As if they pose any less clutter or safety risks in the right-of-way. What a joke!
