But even using the official numbers, their homicide rate is double that of the US and closer to being on par with Mexico.

I am going to rent out my place now that I have officially made a year in the home.

There is no official written offer yet-- are there big disadvantages to land contracts?

You have officially crossed the 10 property barrier and with ease it seems.  

We had to settle a minor contractual issue on right away access by essentially having to pay money to local officials o/w they would not support it even though legally we had a right to access the property through an adjacent property (land locked).  

You want as much detail in there, specifically about what the tenant own's, and what is officially part of the property (appliances, window coverings, etc). 

We work in a HD where there are no official guidelines which creates a huge ambiguity when submitting plans for approval to the local board.
