We waited 6 weeks for a response from the city inspectors and heard from no one.

The electricity, plumbing, and/or heating in these places were invariably rigged by a drunk Mickey Mouse, whatever additions were built are of incredibly shoddy workmanship, and the last municipal inspector in there was obviously bribed to look the other way.

The last owner did a lot of CHEAP repairs that the inspector didnt catch.

Aprasor spent almost as much time on the property as a home inspector,  just to use the most ridiculous comps she could find.

It is possible the door had damage that the inspector didn't notice and was covered up.
