I know this gets talked about all the time with entrepreneurs but figured I’d say my piece.Lastly, I’m also slowly shifting my mindset from buy and hold to looking at the velocity of money.

I read a few books that entrepreneurs, I looked up to, have also read and recommended: the Rich Dad series, The E Myth (there's multiple, choose the topic that suits you), a few Than Merrill books, Brandon Turner's Real Estate Investing series, & watched a ton of youtube videos.

Hi Dan,I am not aware of any but I have two meetup groups - Enjoying Life on O'ahu and Honolulu Entrepreneurs - with about 3,000 members combined and I've done real estate investor meetups in the past that people seem to enjoy.  

Some people invest in real estate for the money and some invest because they enjoy being an entrepreneur and actually enjoy the highs and lows that come with running a business.

Since I've owned, operated and sold businesses, I do find that I enjoy working with fellow entrepreneurs, investors and other like-minded people.

You're an entrepreneur and sounds like you've been wanting to invest in real estate for awhile.
