That was my reason and my mission and purpose.It appears the deal looks pretty good, and if you are looking for financial freedom, multifamily is an easier vehicle than SFH to achieve freedom.  

On pages 12 - 13 in the HUD Book Larry proudly points out their Mission Statement and Core Values.  

So even with intention/mission there, the city cannot move at the speed of bureaucracy and expect to secure land for low income developments in the current market.

Gilbert and Illitch are making it their personal mission, combined with federal funds, to revive the skyscrapers.

I am in Mission Viejo and can get together at my local Starbucks.

I'm looking to attend REIA meetings again myself but only if their mission is mostly networking and not sales oriented.
