We currently live in Moore County, NC (Carthage) and are looking in this area as well as the Raleigh/Cary area for possible investment opportunities in the near future. 

I don't know who is on the list of the top selling brokers in the Raleigh-Cary MSA but my premise is 200-300 houses annually.

Unless the golf cart takes you somewhere you can't get to with a car I don't see an advantage. 

It's like watching a student driver trying to figure out how a car is built and runs before he is willing to step on the gas and drive it down the street!

That's why I get to drive whatever car I like.
