Brand New - Real Estate Wholesale - Plan Review, Guidance and Connection

Good Afternoon Everyone!
First post ever. Will have many more questions and/or concerns to post in the future. 
I started out in November 2023, learning the basics for Wholesaling.  After grasping Wholesaling, would love to broaden my real estate investments to other things, i.e Tax Lien, Tax Deed, etc.

Right now, I am wholesaling in-state, North Carolina.  Below are some of the steps that I have done thus far.  If anyone has any advice, recommendations, or opinions that will be helpful, it would be very much appreciated. 
Depending on the area, Im looking for SF homes that need rehab. Ideally, I will be placing acceptable offers and then will be presenting the homes to my cash buyers. 

1. Starting an LLC- I have started my LLC and it is based out of WY.

2. Finding Property Managers and Agents - So far I have searched on Google and found a couple RE Agents.  I am looking for more agents to work with.  As an Investor, I would love to gain great working relationships with anyone and everyone that I meet.  If you have anyone that you recommended in the cities listed below or if I need to re-consider or consider another city. 

3. Find Cash Buyers - I have searched on google maps, craigslist, propstream, social media. I have numerous cash buyers and looking to include many more. If you have any recommendations using a different search option or if you know someone that is looking for homes to fix and flip.

4. Finding Properties - I have searched Realtor.com, Redfin, Zillow, Craigslist. So far I have had success on finding properties on Realtor.com and RedFin. Looking for any recommendations on other sites to use.

5. Find RE Attorney - I have searched on google and several have came up. Also during my search, I was looking for attorneys that deal with certain contracts and documents. I came across a website called Rocket Lawyer, has anyone used this website for any kind of documents?  If you have anyone that you recommend in the cities listed below.

6. Real Estate Investment Clubs

7. Finding other Wholesalers - If you know any wholesalers that don't mind helping or working with another wholesaler, please let me know.
