They're an investment for sure, but on RedX (what I use), you can geo target areas that you set, it gets all the known owner numbers, bounces it against the DNC list and you just hit "go" and the dialer just takes you through all the numbers.

I am actively running down leads from my customers as well as seeking out homes by the "driving for dollars method". i would love to meet someone with some experience to bounce ideas off.

@Adam UxleyI bounce this decision around in my head often as well and I think it comes down to the numbers and what you have in your area.

I bounced these ideas around to enough people and thought through everything enough to know this is the best course of action for us.

I tend to bake in my own economic views, with Covid and possibly higher inflation creeping around the corner, I think international travel won't bounce back for a while.
