There are a few with land but I don't know enough about what to do if I were to attain these properties.

Once you have a deal they will guide you through the process and even help you attain the funding with out coming out of pocket or using your personal credit.

The idea of financial freedom is obviously extremely appealing, so my plan is to be a sponge for new information and try to do the right things early in life to attain that goal.
