I am a local investor and also work in healthcare.

We are in our late 40's and both work FT (healthcare and marketing). at this point we are looking to scale and grow our net worth and eventually cash flow.

I started in Health Care IT, doing project management.

We were initially thinking much smaller and looking at rental properties as a side stream of passive income to supplement our full-time jobs in healthcare (me) and architecture (hubby).

I'm a high earner in healthcare but want to get to a future where I can stop trading my time for money and live actively pursuing "passive" cash flow.

Or would you have a guy who just read two books on dentistry get close to your teeth?

My background is in healthcare and I am a pharmacist, however, I would like to get into RE and become an investor.

Healthcare has a lot of obvious core problems, and this is not exempt by any means, however, would love to use my influence and ability to try and service a need. 

Im currently in healthcare and have recently joined bigger pickets due to my desire get into real estate.

I believe our children come first (they are our future, of course :), and I'm all for the government spending as much of my tax dollars as necessary to ensure that every child in this country has access to health care and a great education.
