Hello everyone! I joined about a month ago and have been reading and learning an incredible amount. My husband and I currently own 4 condos in Miami, acquired in cash over the past 5 years. We are in our late 40's and both work FT (healthcare and marketing). at this point we are looking to scale and grow our net worth and eventually cash flow. Looking for advice on what are the best types of properties to invest in and where. Also interested in learning about creative ways to get financing (cash out? Sell? 401k loan? IRA investing, HML???). Would appreciate the advice and business leads!!! Thank you all!!!

I would be very careful about concentrating your investments in Condos in the Miami market. I have been reading about the over building in Condos in that market and am monitoring it for a crash so I can buy low. I would try to diversify. Florida has good opportunities in other cities in SFH and MFH. Tampa, Orlando, Sarasota, Port Charlotte/ Punta Gorda, Jacksonville.

Not trying to scare you just sharing info that I hope you find helpful and cautionary.
