A licensed agent/broker has a wide system of support to enable him to successfully sell a homeowners house; MLS, local Realtors Association, sponsoring broker, team leader, etc.

I'm a newbie to the RE world, but have been listening to Real Estate Rookie and the BP Real Estate Podcasts religiously over the past 4 months.

@Anthony SpalloneYou mentioned wanting a new bank account for each property...this will be overkill in my opinion.If you have 25 properties that means you will have 25 bank accounts...which means 25 different account numbers, 25 different checkbooks, etcYou likely need some sort of accounting software(quickbooks is the market leader) and use the class function so you can see how profitable each property is doing.

Through this year we learn we overcome those challenges through:#1 Keep plugging into various practical & dynamic Masterminds and learn from various people such as the one who always speaks about ‘Fall in love with the process, not only the results’, ‘Choose progress over perfections, ‘Leaders are readers’.

Ive been combing the MLS religiously and only come across a decent deal once in a blue moon.

There are great thought leaders in the space teaching people how to do it, like Hadar Orkibi.

It would be one who is bearish on our leaders and their ability to control monetary and fiscal policy who also wants exposure to CRE.  

I listen to the BP podcast religiously, and have heard “investing with little to no money down” multiple times.

A mentor of mine once told me "not all readers are leaders but all leaders are readers."
