@Anthony SpalloneYou mentioned wanting a new bank account for each property...this will be overkill in my opinion.If you have 25 properties that means you will have 25 bank accounts...which means 25 different account numbers, 25 different checkbooks, etcYou likely need some sort of accounting software(quickbooks is the market leader) and use the class function so you can see how profitable each property is doing.
