It's hard to advise someone when we don't know exactly what your plans and visions are.

We both have a goal and a vision with a defined path to take.

Now with lay out plans how do I go buy getting that lined up I know about the demo and etc...but their is a vision who do you contact and do they have to work hand and hand with each other.. because some of the properties I have in mind need some work and etc

My approach is always to start with your personal Vision for the future. 

They are all color, HD and have night-vision capability.
