How did you get the STR license if you don't own the property?

If you're going to help someone invest in real estate cowboy up and put your license on the line to back your representations.

State consumer affairs and the contractors license board would close us down if we did monkey business like that.Junk fees are bait n switch 

I currently work with a contracting company I do not have my license yet but will within the next 2 years.

@Aaron Caddel ive used mojo for many years, no longer, still carry the license.  

We live in Pennsylvania, and we are both licensed realtors here.

If they have potential I would like them to be sent over to a friend of mine (who's in sales and recently got his real estate license, he's got the perfect personality for this) to try and close the seller.
