Hello BP members my name is Rotchild Adelson. 23 years old looking to get into my first house hacked duplex within the next 6-12 months in potentially Orange County NY, Region. I currently work with a contracting company I do not have my license yet but will within the next 2 years. And looking to get started in real estate investing.
