I've been lurking here a long time, and I do wholeheartedly agree with the 50 % rule. 2% is more of a vague metric to me. bottom line is that will I have enough to cover expenses and pocket a few bucks when everything flushes out.

I have even heard of tenants flushing cat litter down the toilets, not knowing that they swell up like crazy to seal the drain shut.

I suspect it will look weird because there won't be a flush connection due to the gap of the window depth...Raising the ceiling to the roof line would be awesome, but also unnecessarily expensive for a rental.Thoughts??
