I would just encourage you to shop around a bit and decide what is the best business and personal decision based on your personal portfolio and goals.

Bigger Pockets has been an encouragement to expect to develop relationships with others involved in real estate.Something else I have loved about Bigger Pockets is that there seems to set new horizons that I didn’t know I could dream about.

I appreciate all of your feedback, it's definitely helpful and encouraging in helping to sort all of these thoughts out.  

One of the things that the disabled veteran community is STRONGLY encouraged to do is to take the time to help encourage and expose those that ask legitimate and sincere questions and educate them. 

Its always encouraged to start investing at a young age, to make great use of compounding interest to set yourself up for a great retirement later. 

@Cory Zach is rates rise and the economy cools, that may encourage people to buy less pricey homes or rent.

If there I  neighbor's kid they love those chores, and give them ten or twenty a month to check for the papers.Ask a neighbor to park their car in the driveway every so often, and encourage it if they re having  party and need room in theirs for their guests.
