Using the Podio platform as a cloud based business platform, and tying in the external integration features as well as over 130 Globiflow Flows is what has enabled me to be successful at wholesaling while working a full time job as an engineer!

But, in the end, you're hoping for price appreciation, which, in my personal opinion worth exactly what you paid for it (nothing), is a long shot with the storm clouds I see brewing.Then again, I know little about the rarified air in 2 bedroom condo market, so I could be totally wrong.

Anyway... in the sunshine states I see it being pretty cool  Not so much up here in Orygun.. like this winter we had 85% cloud cover for 3 months.. 

I'm currently looking at tenant cloud which is free up to 75 units.

@Khoa Ha just make sure you do a proper title search on the property and know what liens might exist.In one instance, I actually won the auction (had done a preliminary title search) only to find out that the title was clouded by the previous owner and the current owner had liens from the IRS and was a little crazy and had tried to set fire to the property.
