I'll just add that you are better off using whatever marketing funds you've budgeted to invite people in your sphere out for coffee, a light lunch or beers/wine after work...or host a happy hour for a dozen or so people.

My commercial lender will go down to 50k for my clients, but they only do it because I send them volume and I always have to buy them a few bottles of wine for doing so. 

She offered some portable fans and a bottle of wine for the inconvenience and apologized for the inconvenience.

One of his Wineries was across the street from my home I would take visiting friends over for wine tasting and if he was there we would talk RE.. 

The problem I have is I'm starting to feel he has different intentions he asked me to dinner and wine then said he fell in love with me the moment he saw me he is a nice guy I hate it's going in a different direction but we haven't even done a deal yet!
