You can do a reverse lookup on the property to find out the address of where the owner lives then I send them yellow letters in party or wedding invitation sized envelopes.

If you are not married, here is a good case for marriage if I ever made one, Christine: each of you can get ten conforming loans.Of course, marry wisely- the spouse should have enough income and good credit to qualify for a conforming loan, good looks and dishwashing skills aside.Also, since this would be a business tactic, let us know if the IRS would allow you to write off the wedding and the honeymoon as a business expense...

Property #2 is our primary residence which we've owned for 16 years...we owe $178k and can sell pretty much as is for approximately $350-$370 OR  we could hold it and rent it out- for $2,500/mo...after running some numbers we 'd have a NET cash flow of about $200 which would be a good start towards our long term goal.
