I'm going to digital entry (four students, they lose keys a LOT) and smart home features (like turning off the HVAC when doors and windows are open because students are apparently idiots and do, in fact, air condition the whole darn neighborhood), plus a few exterior cameras. 

Air travel is booming with flights all full and airports congested.

It is 2 bedrooms and 1.5 baths with central air and a garage, but only 1050 above grade square feet.

So after I got smart, we went room to room, how the air vents worked with the HVAC, open and close the vents, not the temperature of the house, how to turn shower and tub off an on, adjust the water, use each appliance, including the basics of how much can fit in a washer, difference of a freezer and frig, how a vacuum works, removing dirt, how to lock windows and doors, everything!

Initially, the back unit will be the Owners' home and the front unit will be a 5 bedroom 3.5 bath Air BnB or short term rental in compliance with City zoning for transient stay rentals.

Heating/Cooling - having central air or mini split system versus nothing/window units and electric baseboards can definitely sway your price.

As you know, moisture/ air/ vapor/ thermal control is key for the long-term performance of your house and occupant comfort.

We have to move out of our house for a few months and we are thinking of getting an apartment that we then turn into an air bnb after we move out.
