Hello, I’m trying to decide whether this is the time to sell our fourplex in the cute tourist town of Leavenworth, Washington state.  

Right now in Cabo housing both long term and short term is badly needed as we have a growing population of both locals and tourists.

Has a separate downstairs quarter and kitchen with separate entrance which he will rent out during the tourist season.  

What is considered the tourist season for Branson?

I know it is a popular tourist destination and potentially thought it may be more lucrative than doing conventional long term rentals.
