My guy has all kinds ot stuff that he brings to the house.It is best to hire a younger guy who has talent but has not yet become very established.

I look forward to working with all the talent I see on this forum and learning a great deal along the way.

I LOVE IT, and I'm learning a ton from it and connecting with all sorts of incredibly talented people when it comes to their profession.

I have had repeat sellers, repeat buyers, and a very skeptical title company lawyer tell me I should teach wholesaling to other wholesalers because for the 2 closings he did for me, both sets of sellers spoke very highly of me.I have found to be successful as a wholesaler takes part hard work, part luck, part talent, part people skills, part perseverance, part integrity, part creative problem-solving, part continuing education, all by the grace of God.

Sorry about that Jerry-   should have read "most I've encountered" I'm sure there are some exceptionally talented wholesalers out there that offer a great service to both investors and sellers.

We invest our time and talents in our jobs, to our children, to sports, etc.

I have been paid for the full time that I’ve worked there and I have been able to build systems and procedures to move the company forward, hire other talented individuals, provide marketing strategies, help put together deals and bring solutions to the table for challenges that arise.

So, IMO, there is a lot of opportunity, but far more risk that one typically sees in such deals.I'm up for pooling talent, research, capital, and DD with like minded, super-conservative investors.

My husband is a talented DIY carpenter and he is VERY frugal.
