Even if I were sued, I document everything and obey the law, so I won't be found guilty.

My family did when I dropped out and the guilt is what made me finish my degree.

I can wait to get paid, or give money back to hold because I am super confident that my company does good work and I always tell my customers, in a joking way, that I don't worry about getting paid because my company does such good work my customers will feel guilty for the rest of their life if they don't pay me.I don't like to do business with contractors who put a huge emphasis on getting paid up front so they can purchase materials for the job.

I feel guilty not paying for 1/2". 

The thing about seeking a mentor is that there's not much I can offer them and I honestly feel slightly guilty for asking them to help me out.

Bottom Line (and I am guilty of this as well) - It's easy to let our limiting beliefs hold us back especially when real estate has become "sexy" again and there are signs of it (no pun intended) all around us.
