@Lady Cerezo Keep Jersey City in mind too its way cheaper than NYC with some really nice neighborhoods that have a lot of the amenities of the city and you’re only a quick train ride away from Manhattan.

reading this thread is kinda funny....it's like there are two separate conversions going on here ;)  But to clarify, if you buy well in premier blue chip markets like costal CA, Hawaii, Manhattan, Seattle, etc., of course your primary is an investment.

Very convenient commute to Manhattan and as young professionals with good income continue to be priced out of nyc and stigma of living in nj becomes less of an issue, Hudson county will continue to grow.
