@Lady Cerezo Keep Jersey City in mind too its way cheaper than NYC with some really nice neighborhoods that have a lot of the amenities of the city and you’re only a quick train ride away from Manhattan.

reading this thread is kinda funny....it's like there are two separate conversions going on here ;)  But to clarify, if you buy well in premier blue chip markets like costal CA, Hawaii, Manhattan, Seattle, etc., of course your primary is an investment.
