Good day to all, my name is Nick and I just discovered your site. I used to work for an apartment building owner who I rehabbed apartments for in Manhattan. I now work for a general contractor running larger jobs. While I am not directly involved in the real estate business, I would like to be. I have a few multifamily properties I have found and am beginning to investigate how to evaluate each as an investment. It is in my interest to buy, fix up these properties, and rent them. I will continue to learn all I can from this community and hope to find a local mentor. Thank you!
